I had this happen to me at work. The best thing you can do is nothing; let him dig himself into the ground. Making fun of someone is harassment; you have to play chess because he's playing checkers. Stay on top of your work because you have a house nikka running black and saying masta masta that don field nikka aint doing his work. Keep calm and keep acting the same way you did before he got there; don't retaliate back because both of yall will be fired you know the angry black man. I had some a problem with some people like that at work. I just pushed myself harder and made sure any project that involved them was trump tight. Disconnected myself from them socially.
if he wants to compete with you, let him.

There is supposed to be an understanding among coworkers that you need them to do xyz so you aren't put in a position to put them on blast, giving them an opportunity to clean up their shyt. If he's gunning for your position hen wants to compete with you. If he's gunning to be your boss, he wants to compete with you. I say let him because I doubt he's going to stop. This is the corporate world.



Many times people like that are not on top of their shyt and resort to being a snitch to get the points their actual work doesn't garner them. He will destroy himself eventually and you'll be in the cut like
