On your bill of sale, you MUST specifically state, "This <model year><manufacturer year><manufacturer name><car model>, <VIN>, is being sold to <buyer> "AS IS" on <date> for <price>.

Example, "This 1998 Pontiac Bonneville, ASDF12345436, is being sold to John Doe "AS IS" on 4-28-2015 for $500.

You can be up front with prospective buyers about the known problems with the car.

it's not leather, idk even know what t's called

fabric?
cloth interior
Unless you have an older car, it might be vinyl.

Vinyl is for the birds. If your car has been sitting in the hot sun for hours and you are wearing shorts, you are basically going to grill your thighs the second you sit down.

It's cloth.

I was asking because I know people who would buy it just to part it out for the interior if it was leather.

Just be up front about what's wrong.

Private sales are inherently as is, BUT you need to check your state lemon law or be upfront and price accordingly.

i'm being upfornt, i have all the issues listed.

it's funny because most cars have issues people just don't say em.

the thing is, is people will always assume you're hiding more.

so i'm revealing everything, but people naturally assume i'm hiding more.

but inreality, i just have no money to get the car looked and, and i don't know jack shyt about fixing cars.

soemone who even knowss the basics, can probably fix the issues for cheap and get it for a steal

the internet
if you price it fair you can probably sell it fast.

A flipper will probably be interested because they will work on the car and sell it.
Like someone said…just do a google search for used car contract (something like that) and print it up.

eBay or craigslist.
Also, check out if there are any Pontiac or GM car forums, and see if they have a classified section for parts. Then, join the forum, and list your parts for sale. You will want to do some research on shipping costs. UPS, US Postal, and FedEx prices are pretty high when your package is large and/or heavy. You don't want to sell something and then lose all your money on shipping the item to the buyer.

a 98' Bonneville with problems?

might as well just sell it to a salvage yard.

i think these problems are easly fixable tho.

some guy just looked at it and was only concerned with the smoke or steam coming out the engine. said he thinks he kknows why though forgot what he said it was.

he offered 600 which is small, but better than junking it
