If you have a decent up-to date 4KTV then it will do the upscaling for you automatically.

I have a top of the line Samsung 4K and the upscaler is amazing. The thing is, the X1S's upscaler is even better

the video's creator was misinformed. Going by his logic, if TVs don't upscale on their own, then PS4 and everything else without a 4K upscaler would be rendered useless on 4K tvs.

4K TV do in fact upscale on their own.

Practically most high end 4K TVs from Samsung, Sony and Sharp have good 4K upscaling engines in them.

This guy doesn't know what he's talking about and I think him using a regular run of the mill Vizio 4K to speak on all 4K upscalers is weird.

What's a good example of a 4K tv that's suited towards this new 4K shyt in terms of playing Ps4/X1 games?
I'm gonna have to get one eventually if I'm going to cop both upgraded systems, I'd like to atleast know what I should be looking for if I gotta replace my telly as well.
