I hear a lot of bad things.

My office is small and cool, and I don't feel any indifference now, but I'd imagine that changes working for a big Corp. I know what it feels like with few black people around at events.
I keep telling myself to start on some side hustles. Really want to get into real estate to avoid that affirmative action bs
Just be prepared with documentation, logic, and email trails to back you up in case a cac gets out of line. Be mindful of any c00ns because they snitch on you and actively try to get you in trouble with your managers. I had a c00n manager with the white wife and threw me completely under the bus in front of his massa...
When I did contracting, I was at a call center where it was 90% black, it was heaven, we all were vibing....hardly any c00ns...
Once I found permanent corporate gigs, that changed and I was 1 of 5 brehs in the tech side..sadly they were some flag-saluting Desert Storm Vet brehs who I didn't connect with at all..
Just using the resources of work to build out my business and bounce in due time.....
I say use the funds from the job to build your side jobs/hustles, then once the earnings are equal, then you can decide to make your outside job your living...
