I'd bet the majority of posters on here don't intend to spend their entire life working for the man. They may be doing it now as a means to an end, but are at least trying to figure out a way to build a business.

People act like entrepreneurship is something that you have to do right now. Like you can't build a financial base, a social network, and industry experience to prepare you to start a business later on in life.

Not everybody is going to be a Bill Gates, Michael Dell, or Mark Zuckerburg and build a successful business in their early 20's.

Madame CJ Walker didn't start her own business until her late 30's.
Henry Ford didn't start his own business until he was 40..
Marquise Mills (Converse) worked for manufacturers until he was 47.
Col. Sanders was in his 50's when he started KFC

There's plenty of examples of people who worked 15-20 years and then used industry expertise and the development of their idea/strategy to build a successful business. The key is to have a long term focus on that instead of getting comfortable about having a nice salary working for somebody else. We don't need to put pressure on folks to people to do something right away. We just need to promote the idea and philosophy in general.
FACT: A man over 35 with a wife and kids probably won't take the risk to start a business.

The truth is, your best chance is before 35 - before you get too many responsibilities and people depending on your steady income.

Your chances of not working for someone else your whole life become very slim after a certain point.

So you don't have any bills? :mjlol:

You can work for yourself but you're still giving a white man your money at the end of the day :sas1:

I don't worry about those things. Long as I have money to do what I want I'm good

Everyone has bills and taxes, obviously

So you rather work 10 times harder, while getting 30% off the profit made from that work produced, or you rather work 2 times as hard while getting 90% off the profit that was made from that work produced? :ld:

This is true. Even if they don't have kids, it's also very unlikely.

A breh at 35 with a wife will be very hesitant to do anything that makes her uncomfortable.

At 35, if a couple has no kids, the wife is probably itching to get started.

A nikka introducing uncertainty in terms of finances as he navigates entrepreneurship would be met with immediate :usure: looks. Women like comfort, especially as they get deep into those 30s! And being married to an entrepreneur is a guarantee to be uncomfortable at some point. It's a rocky road.

Most women aren't built to be married to an entrepreneur in his early days of entrepreneurship. They tend to want the breh after he's already well established!

Moral of the story
: Many nikkas dreams die once they get married and cross those 30s!

So the only people who have a right to be upset about injustice are entrepreneurs.

If someone has the resources. Dont you have to get some from them before building your own?

:mjlol:
This. If you engage in commerce, on the white man's land, under the white man's laws, using the white man's money:francis:

You pay taxes?:francis:

You buy food/power/gas?:francis:

Focus on building your own shyt, but stop pretending you doing something revolutionary when your comeup still requires HIS permission.

I took an entrepreneur class and the professor said family and friends being comfortable with the effort of becoming an entrepreneur is one if the biggest issues.l of success.

I think young brehs just need to join up with other brehs, and create some small companies to get the feel of what owning your own is like.....while still making a steady paycheck working for the dominant society. Then they can begin to start their truly own business at some point.
