I could careless what you put down in brackets or not. The subject wasn't limited to Mexicans. It's about Brown and Black issues. Period. If you have a problem....see your way out your own thread homie.

:umad:

Hispanic is a made up term anyway.

If you think Mexicans see Caribbean Blacks as equal Hispanics then you are fooling yourself. They see Caribbean Blacks as nikkas just like American Blacks. shyt, look at how White Dominicans treat Black Dominicans in their country.

Hispanics have became the largest minority because of Mexicans, not Caribbean Hispanics.

1. If it's a made up term why are you using it for just Mexicans when the term is described as "Hispanic or Latino" as "a person of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin, regardless of race". Persons who trace their origin or descent to Mexico, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Central and South America, and other Spanish cultures.

2. You can't speak for Mexicans because you don't know their viewpoint. Stop trying hard to make your claim to something that has no based facts or narrative.

3. Dominicans have a self-hatred problem just like any other group that was fukked with by White Supremacy.

It deals with Black and Brown Issues. Fighting over to claim who had what worse struggle doesn't change the facts...

1. None of the Blacks and Latinos who lived here all their lives screaming that b.s. never went back to the native lands
2. Divide themselves over the two party system line politics
3. Hurt more than help their own communities.

:what: are you serious breh?

Yeah, I am.

"What you are experiencing as a minority probably has been blown out of proportion here,”

that's absurd, disgusting and factually inaccurate

hispanic people were killed, their land was stolen, they faced abuses at every turn in this country.

the hispanic community has also suffered a lot of the same prejudices and discriminations that blacks have. Segregation to name one off the top of my head. In the South Mexicans couldn't use white facilities. Did you know that?

“You asked to come here. You asked to come here"

Well Puerto Rico was forcefully colonized along with the lower Western states. US foreign policy also forced a lot of the immigrants to come to America over the years though out Central and South America, and the Caribbean.

You do know it was a term made up in 1970's by the U.S. government right? :snoop: It doesn't represent a race. It allowed Mexicans and other White Hispanics to hide behind this term to gain political favor. If you look at the U.S. social economic and political stats. Then you will see that this term only benefit Mexicans and White Hispanics in this country. The term really should be done away with as it was created as a smoke screen by the White Supremacy power structure to label a vague unclear group of people.

Mexicans love using this term Hispanics when debating with American Blacks. Just for your same reasoning. Which is to put up a smoke screen to say, well there are black people who are Hispanics just like us. When they don't give a fukk about black hispanics.

She is a city official and has to use the term Hispanic instead of Mexican. Because Mexican or Mex-American fall under Hispanic as according to the federal government.

1. All terms are made up based off who is in charge of the info. :stopitslime:
2. Already know it doesn't represent a race....you brought it up remember?
3. No where is proof that it was to hide White Hispanics and Mexicans to gain political favor.
4. Why is White Hispanics mixed in with Mexicans? Have you seen many Mexicans? Many don't look like their European counter-part
5. Now you are just making shyt up as it goes.
6. Hispanics is used all over the South American Continent and in between than just Mexico....stop trolling my dude.
7. Why are you calling Black Hispanics that term when you said it was a smokescreen for White Hispanics and Mexicans?
8. She can use Latinos.

Anymore failed attempts to justify your stupid response to her comments.

Show me where non-black hispanics was taking from their land and rip of their culture identity.

Every single Hispanic country still have a big part of their culture identity of the original native people. Even with the European colonization.

The Hispanics that was faced abuses at every turn in this this country. Still had a damn country to go back to.

You can't be this silly.
