Moved back to Seattle after living at home for 2 years stuck in a slump in a retail job. Started off strong in school,started a diet and lost weight

. But as November came my math class started kicking my ass. My social anxiety got worse,and legit couldn't focus on shyt,I legit got depressed and didn't leave my house for like a week. Ended up failing 2 finals
Still positive because i'm healthy and losing weight, but it's time for me to stop being stubborn and see a psychiatrist

I get moody and depressed to the point I fukked up my schoolwork,and where I don't even want to call my mom for like a month.I was raised that mental health was a 'cartwright' problem...that is FALSE.
In short...2016 will be a great once I stop dodging my mental health problems...i'm optimistic for 2016. My body is getting right,time to get my mind right
