:pachaha: Jeffery?

I thought Young Thug was very generic and about as cliche as rap names get....

But this a terrible move, unless there are some legal issues behind the scenes..

Build all this buzz and then change your name before your first album drops? :dahell:

Just enjoy Young Thug's catalog because at the rate he is going Jeffrey's music won't be as good

Naw, Lyor been pushing Thug's image in a certain direction since he got signed.

Like before Thug got on and was popping, he wasn't as flamboyant as he is now. (not to talk down on breh) but he was a ol' dust-ball, dirty dread bad dental plan ass nikka. Lyor been handling his image since he came on the scene. the legal issues I know of is only the "Barter 6" tape when he claimed to name it "The Carter 6" or some wild shyt lol.

I think Lyor is doing it for money purposes, it's a video out where he even tell's Thug that he has to be more open to the public...

Lyor told thug to also take his music seriously, and stop releasing bullshyt ass material. his Barter 6 was a solid ass album, I only disliked 2 songs on there. and he's been stepping his music game up alot. Lyor bout to have him in every radio rotation, but his image about to be popish, watch.

He did a little bit of everything but nothing new new, like whatever he has coming out soon.
Yea Lyor bout to have Thug's name up there with Drake (far as being household) especially going under the moniker "Jeffery"

he kind of buzzing over in France too. seen a video he was doing a feature for some buff ass french artist (like the Pepe La Pew 50 cent or some shyt)
