On the one hand, its not really the NFL's place to save the world, no one's gonna be beating the shyt out of their wife and then hear Roger Goodell say its wrong and go :ohhh: . It'd be nice to watch Football and not have to hear about this bullshyt

At the same time, they gotta take a stand against players who fukk their wives up, I'm not saying they should get the donald sterling treatment for domestic violence but a season long suspension or something if found guilty makes sense to me

Why stop with the NFL? ANYONE who is accused of domestic violence should either be suspended from their jobs or be outright fired? Why hold NFL players to a standard you or your friends refuse to hold yourselves to? This holier than thou stance people like you hold makes me sick.

nfl is turning to straight pansification
from stupid sideline reporters who are mostly female, cancelling cheerleaders for some teams because they feel they are sexualized, you can't curse without being heavily fined. Wearing pink, but shunning movemeber and other male cancers.

Truth.

The media attacks the NFL so they can get it to bend to their will and punish players beyond the law. It's weak and competely over the heads of folks who happen to actually be fans of the sport.
Discussing domestic violence = female pandering..................wow.

Sports fans are the worst.

it is, you lame.

Males and actual fans tune in to see people running up and down a field, not discussions on player's personal lives.

No matter the incident, this is sports, not sociology class. All this fake outrage and moral grandstanding is really ruining the brand more than the incidents themselves.

pretty much we watch to be entertained not to be lectured like we are in gender studies.

While it sucks for any women to be abused, there are women shelters all over the world in every city and all these point and look nukkaz probably have never donated a friggin penny.

Yea if we wanted social commentary we would turn on a talk show... I'm trying to hear about stats and X's and O's not the quality of the people playing the game.

We never cared if Mean Joe Green or LT were philanthropist and helped old ladies across the street. They were animals and we loved them for it.

Let the men be men and let the justice system worry about punishing criminals.

You cats making nfl players martyrs in this are hilarious

In any other line of work Greg Hardy for instance would be fired and in jail already..he's already been found guilty by a court of law

In the nfl he was still fukking playing and when they finally suspended him he's still making 13 mill a year

Soo when is someone gonna point out the domestic violence rate in law enforcement, ie police officers is twice the National average, whereas football players is half the national rate :sas2:
The same Nyggas locking us and beating our ass plus more, shooting us on tape in Walmart out chea going home and watching the games pointing the finger saying that's the bad guy :sas1:

As I previously said, let's talk the panic button someone hit when they saw us getting involved surrounding big Mike in Ferguson:sas2:

Knaw lets make football players and athletes our moral compass cause its easier to look down on those we consider privileged
:sas1:

the domestic violence rate among their age group is 55 percent of what it is among non football players for the same age group...the crime rate is 13 percent of the national average....

I get that the DV rate amongst football players is half the average, I'm just wondering if you meant to say the rate amongst police is just over half the average as well, or did you mean the police rate was greater than the national average?
