Oakland made Pac a nut, after living in all them other wild places it was Oakland that turned him on to game. That's how you know it's crazy out there.

I only go to Oakland for Warrior games. I hit the freeway as soon as I leave the stadium. I don't even stop at the gas station. lol. Good spots to eat but not worth the risk
its the lack of police, they just dont have enough man power

NYPD would have shot on sight and not given a fukk, oakland PD is a bunch of pussies. You got nikkas literally scared of the nypd here. throw a bottle at a cop car here. just try it. 
As someone born and raised in oakland, I can say that it can be pretty wild. There are always murders and break ins, even in the nicer areas like the hills. You don't want to go in certain areas, especially at night time because there are people just looking for trouble/marks down there.

That's an understatement, nypd unloaded 60 rounds at least twice shooting suspects and numerous innocent bystanders along the way in the middle of Time Square last year. Detectives driving around the hood with their headlights off looking like the Klan.
