Coming off the 2016 playoffs it wasnt the wrong move,we just didnt realize how good some of our other bench players were gonna be...

T-Ross when he left was nothing more than a spot up shooter....he declined everywhere else and Norm was coming off a playoff run where he won them a series with his defense on PG.....At that point we knew Ross was gone,we didnt expect Norm to flame out this bad so soon...
