In regards to voting rights and election reform there is very little the White House can do. It’s Congress and the Supreme Court to do something about it. The GOP been knowing this hence why they have been on this campaign for the last 60 years to permanent minority rule. They have used gerrymandering to cheat their way to a majority in the house. The know the Senate favors them heavily and they used that authority to pack the courts with right wing reactionaries. The executive branch can’t do much in that regard.
