Well it wasn’t just regular people saying it was going to be a recession but economists and banks
They weren’t saying that we are currently in a recession
They were saying that the fed raising rates and shrinking their balance sheet( which hasn’t happened) would lead to recession

From what i understand the 70k EV is still 70k and the 7k is a tax credit (correct me if im wrong)... and these vehicles are still out of reach of those who need access for us to see meaningful change.Giving people with the funds to splurge on high priced vehicles a tax credit isnt moving the needle IMO and I doubt its a big factor in the decision making of people who got it like that.
But
Im definitely coming for this credit when the electric trucks roll out
