GOP a huge mess since Trump gotten banned on Twitter and Rush Limbaugh died. Its like they have no centralized voice or direction anymore.

One advantage to now vs the 2010 midterms: the Tea Party shyt started up in mid-February 2009. In 2021, Team R is so disorganized and functionally fukked they can't even mount a cogent response to $1.9 trillion, other than to vote no and then claim yes on social media.

I think with the Border stuff, its such a loaded issue that doing a press conference is a Automatic Loss; because the press will have easy questions to fire back, there is no Golden scenario, especially with COVID.

If you don't have a clear path, don't hold a conference because you end up making a bigger mess.
