Taxes and government securities.
A social safety net increases productivity.
We need to keep American workers working by addressing historical factors that take people out of the work force, while also giving immigrant workers incentive to keep working in the US rather than carrying American resources back to their home countries.
We need to support education to have a more innovative, efficient, and flexible generation of workers.
And, the obvious option: we need to dramatically reduce defense and healthcare spending.
