I think about the innocent mothers and children that will be slaughtered if this nutcase decides to go to war with Iran or other countries

I think about the old sick people that will be affected if he cuts off their aid

Personally, I'll be just fine. Outstanding, even. This is of course, barring any possible future supreme court rulings that would allow businesses to segregate, keep Hollywood from producing what it wants to, and any federal laws that would allow discrimination against minorities. There's no guarantee of this happening, but considering that the Mormon Church stopped being racist because it absolutely had to, I wouldn't rule it out.

In fact, I may only be okay for the short run for other reasons as well. I will have outstanding income with very little taxes. Huge amounts of money just coming in by the barrel because I'll have graduated from law school and I'll have started working for the firm that's already offered me an outstanding salary.

This might be short lived, though. We know that there can very well be another crash if Romney reinstates the policies of boom and bust that led to the last crash. And it might be much, much worse. What will my money do for me then? My wealth might mean nothing if the dollar is severely devalued. Or what if there is a revolt by the working poor? I can't fight them off with dollar bills.

Honestly I am going to be sad if Obama loses for selfish reasons. I remember the day he got elected I was a freshman in college and on 101st and 3rd ave passing a bottle of bacardi rum around with a bunch of people I didnt know celebrating. The whole Obama era has been dope for my life and I dont want it to change.

Really their policies dont effect my day to day life but I still vote democrat because I believe in their policies.
