i got caught like that and real talk only thing i knew was just to sit and see what happens dude never pulled and i kept it moving but real talk if them shot would've rang out i don't know how i would've reacted till this day some some is just in the moment type of shyt thats why sometime i be like if you didn't do nothing right then and there when shyt was going down no need to try and come back you should've handled it when it was going down
If a nikka plans on killing you there's really nothing you can do to change that.

I had a homie who told me that the majority of dudes out here who try to stick you up are rookies who barely know how a gun works and don't really want to shoot you. So that plays a factor in the whole "knock the gun out" theory

I would love to be like Stringer from The Wire and tell them motherfukkers to get on with it. But no one can say they would really be all stoic in the face of death, if they did, it would likely be them lying tying to sound tough especially when said on the internet. Every being's first and natural instinct is self preservation. I don't worry about death, I know it's gonna happen, whenever or however it does. So I'm not scared of it, but I think I would be worried if I got like AIDS or something only because I know I would have this deadly virus in me and the constant fear that comes with that. I feel it would be different with a gun in my face and I've thought about that situation many times mostly because of TV shows and such and how I would go out. I think if it's gonna happen I would be anxious for them to do it as quick as possible and it would just be over, those are my honest feelings.

Of course id lie to the police and make up some bs story, but i truthfully don't care. I will not let another man put a gun to my face without repercussions.
Ballistics experts and forensics would prove you shot him in the back breh. Your lies won't work, you might as well flat out admit you shot him in the back cuz he threatened you. You'd get a way lesser charge than if you lied about it.

Wasn't the rapper dolla shot in his back, and the dude who shot him still beat the murder charge because he wasn't the aggressor. There have actually been many cases of a robbers being shot in the back with no arrest being made.
I can say dude was facing me as i drew my weapon to fire, and as i started firing he turned to run.
They prolly beat the charges cuz they were up front about it. It also prolly depends on what the statutes are in your area. Texas, for example, not only has the stand your ground statute, but also the castle law where you can pretty much blast someone for even so much as setting foot on your property in a threatening manner. Most places though you will get hemmed up if you shoot someone in the back, like say if an intruder breaks in, they see you have a gun and proceed to leave, you cannot shoot em in the back if they're near an exit, you can not only get charged, but they can actually sue you if they live and win. By all means do what you gotta do, cuz it's better to be judged by twelve than carried by six, but know that you're taking a risk if you shoot someone in the back, and it may not play out how you think it will. You better have a good lawyer
