How would you book the Cena vs Owens match?

This is kinda crazy in a way.....did I ever think kevin steen would be facing John Cena on a ppv nope

This could be huge or could be meaningless


I think best way would be a good hard faught match ...with Owens getting in a lot of offense leading to either a cheating win for Ownes or some kinda knock our drag out that just leads to fukkery....maybe bring out J&J to help or even HHH leading to Owens being aligned with the Authority

Owens has to have 1 of the best quick risings in recent WWE history

Makes debut at 1 Takeover, Champion by the next, sons Cena on the main roster before the next Takeover, faces Cena at Elimination Chamber.

They've gotta set up a future rematch somehow, Owens winning in an under handed manner or Cena winning and getting his handshake rejected and brutally attacked after would do that. on a very small scale it's a glimpse of what Austin/Cena would look like, when Owens cut off Cena's Schtick about veteran advice, that's something Steve would do, put him on edge they'd pull a real personal feud out of each other.

You can see when two people gel almost instantly when they're out there and Cena/KO had that in that exchange. I don't wanna see a one off. I wanna see these two flesh out a feud down the line.

Definitely some sort of Zayn fukkery. The fact they can draw on almost a couple of decades worth of history is too good to not factor in. Even brought him up last night.

Just worrying about the overall execution and pay-off i.e. Vince and creative general dumbass-ness fukking up a good thing

I really don't want to see this feud, altho i think it'll be a fun match. I just want Cena to finally lose a feud and not get his heat back. WWE has a prime opportunity to create a new star, but we all know Cena/Vince will screw it up and cost us another one.
