I think he just one of the few superstars(if you wanna call him that)where you cant build a team around...people say he need a real pg for what its not like he's a slasher he don't move well without the ball.only thing you could do with melo on your team if you want to win is get him a great big man that he can throw the ball to.

To be honest, you don't. I do think he would be great as an addition to the current Denver Nuggets if they cut some of his minutes.

Can you read mothafukka, you posted three times in this thread a liked a post that said trade Melo. You don't just trade Melo. He's like Nique, he is extremely entertaining and fun to watch. What you try to do is add talent and trade whatever to have for additions to the team.NY needs: playmaking PG

Look at the draft and look at Kabongo. I would trade up to get him if I was NY.
I would look at a PF as well. See what Minny is looking for with Derrick Williams. I think he has very good PnR PF potential and whoever gets him will eat if they have a PnR PG which NY doesn't right now as Kidd fell off.

With those moves, NY gets much closer. They aren't that bad, they just aren't that good. They aren't the new Hawks, Brooklyn is but they are still a treadmill team but more so like Nique's Hawks where they are near elite regular season team.

He's not a Pippen, he's more like an elite scorer that's needed to a team that is only lacking scoring like this current Denver team. The Knicks are lacking a lot more than scoring though.

Basically, the only way I can see to build around him would be how the Celtics won their title. A coach that will tell him to make his moves quickly, this dude burns so much of the clock, and it's not like he's Wade/Kobe/Bron where he could end up passing, you know there's a damn good chance he's shooting.
Looking back at it, the worst thing that happened to him was not being drafted second, the Pistons would have been the perfect situation for him.
