If they're done because of the surgery thing, they're done, but he should at least be completely straight with her about it so she can see how disloyal and selfish he really is, and if she wants him to stay even with him hoeing around (which already is taking advantage of a vulnerable woman), then he should at least respect her enough to not bring those women to her own goddamn house.

Just, how does that even work... him and the hoe going at it, with the poor woman laying sick in bed on the next room? Does he even bother to try and hide it from her? Does he have no shame?
