Hmm... it may not be your cup of tea. I've followed the work of the director, Whit Stillman, as he is a critic, and his films offer up a certain criticism, in the form of it's witty pseudo-intellectual dialogue. Sometimes, it doesn't even appear to be a central plot to the film which is some type of technique he does to put as much focus on it's dialogues. If you're not a fan of Woody Allen, or French New Wave films, then most likely Stillman would bore you and find his subject matter uninteresting.
