How would you rate the company you work for as far as their values and treatment of Ados FBA?

I work in finance for one of the top 5 steel companies in the US and the CEO definitely leans liberal. Our internal communications always honor black history month and regularly post Ados Fba issues on our internal communications. Which it's crazy because it's a steel company. Our customer-base is mostly rural. I've been here almost 8 years. I need to leave and possibly double my salary but I'm afraid of hopping into a WS frying pan. I guess, no guts, no glory, huh?

Edit: This just shows racism is a net negative. It doesn't help, it only hurts.
