Once you start intergrating the other parts of your personality into your conscious mind you will find dramatic changes in your mental well being. Western societies put so mich emphasis on the persona/social mask that other vital parts of your personality get massively repressed and have to come out in either mental illness/neurosis, addictive behaviour and self destructive behaviours. When you look at westwrn society all those things are massive problems if you notice.
