Damn, it's been an hour......did you die? :skip:

I finally got them in.

I followed the whole "bowl side up" instructions right, but maybe it takes some time to get used to but right now it feels weird as hell

make sure when you press it againsst your eyeball you hear that "click". thats all the air being pressed out from under the contacts so you know they're in properly and wont fall out when you take your finger off

Easy I look down and never blink, contacts can't kill you

if that ho slides behind your eyeball you'll wish you were dead :sadcam:

anywho...my technique is to hold the lens on my finger tip...drop saline on the lens...hold my head back and drop the lens on my eye. feels like :ahh:

I'm going through this same shyt now. I just got contacts a couple of months ago, but I'm usually wearing glasses and probably have only put in contacts four or five times in total. I get too frustrated too easily/quickly and just chuck the contacts and put my glasses on.

That shyt wont kill you, and it's actually hard for a contact lens to reach BEHIND your eyeball. you'd have to be purposely tying to do that

I've had contact lenses move around and sit behind my eyelids for a few hours, you just have to maneuver it so it comes back to the front. and I have the the HARD contact lenses that cost $250 per lense ($500 in total)

Been wearing contacts since the 7th grade. All I do is put it on my pinky place it in the eye, close my eye and it finds its way on there

I have never been able to place it directly on

like everyone else is saying the way i got them in was making sure my eye wasn't dry and put some of the solution around my eyelashes.

Ignore your eye doctor

You know how when you get the lens in the bottom of your eye lid and you try to pull up the top lid and your eyelashes ALWAYS knock it back out?

Next time when you get the lens in the bottom of your eye lid....and soon as it is in just CLOSE your eyes instead of pulling up ur top eyelid.

But like i said make sure its wet with solution and ur eyelashes and inside of ur bottom eyelid is moist too

trust me man i think when u do it that way it should work as it did for me because it just seemed like it absorbed right away as soon as i closed my eyes

the SECOND u get all of it.....or part of the contact in the bottom of your eyelid just CLOSE your eyes...dont be scared or anything just close ur eyes.

then obviously after that u will just adjust it

but to get it out i had to get my mommy to do it

lol brings back memories of my first time. Your mind and body is saying "nothing is supposed to go in here" :birdman: while YOUR saying " I need this shyt to work, help me the fukk out!!!!:damn:". After about an hour or so and a 100ml of tears, it slid right on. Now, it's easy as hell to take them out and put them on to the point where I don't even feel them unless they're bent while soaking overnight

Yeah, taking them out has never been a problem for me but putting them in is always hard.

The worst for me is when I've spent a lot of time getting them in, only to have put one of them in backwards or something and that shyt be incredibly uncomfortable.

Occassionally I'll have a contact in and feel pain, and leave it in because I assume it'll go away, but end up with a red ass eye before I have to just remove the contact like it's an emergency. Anybody got a reason why? I assume maybe I got an eyelash or something or dirt or something stuck on the contact? (Though I don't know how because if I don't do anything else I make sure those mufukkas are clean and my hands are clean).
