How yall stay on a diet?

I've been trying to lose weight for over 2 years. Lost a lil then I gain it back.

It is so hard to eat healthy because all healthy food taste like shyt and gets so boring, I also tried counting calories, but it gets hard because good foods usually have high calories and are less filling.

Imma have to do either one of these two, but can't decide which one. I need something long term, and I honestly can't eat chicken and rice every single day forever, I also can't eat fast food all the time either.

This probably take 5 months to a year of doing this constantly to lose like 40-50 pounds.

Just wanted yall opinions.

Don't know what to say if you truly feel like it's impossible to eat better. Get on Youtube and look up ways to make your healthy food delicious without making it turning it into a dessert....

....and doing that would have to take, as someone above me said, discipline.

How do you eat healthy forever tho? Healthy food either is bland, expensive, or takes very long to make.




You actually can. However, your lifestyle should become eating healthy, with so called cheat days every once and a while.

Simple replace all the bullshyt you are eating with healthier options. Continue building a recipe catalog

Begin meal prepping, learn to enjoy cooking. I cook twice a week, 2-3 hours 1 day and 1 hour another day.

What do you usually eat ? I can only stomach so much chicken, shrimp, etc and rice.

How do you enjoy cooking? I be cooking and I hate how long it takes because I be hungry as fukk.
