...then I started coaching.
I was working with this one dude, handsome, smart, well-dressed, tall, light-skin dude (much like the Kid, only much thinner).
He wasn't on that fake nig-ger nonsense, just a good kid.
These girls would basically shyt on him. Talk trash, laugh at him, all of that.
Some of them would get with him on some, "oh he cute" then later shyt on him for being "soft."
Meanwhile, other kids would be cleaning up by acting like indifferent a$$holes with "swag."
White girls were super nice and sweet to him though, so he started thinking of them as "better."
Dude would hit me for advice and I would give him that
.Slowly but surely dude started believing in self, got his confidence up...now he cleaning up more than everybody.
Dude always had the tools, he just didn't believe in it and no how to present himself.
Meanwhile, the girls had no tools, most time, they were complete a$$holes/losers. But hey...
These are middle-school/high-school kids man, the shyt blew my mind, it was like watching a sociological experiment.

Look I don't know where you grew up and I don't care. And if you a Woman that means your opinion means null when it comes to this shyt in particular. I am talking about what I saw on my streets in my schools etc. So just because you see it's one way on your block or hood does not entitle you to discount somebody else's reality.
And FYI I was a conformist during my teen years I wore a durag after school with a fitted. Talked about Hot 97 mixtapes and shyt, stereotypical young Black Man behavior in the early 00's despite the fact that my fam wasn't broke and this was a Catholic school and my tastes in music were eclectic and not limited to nikka shyt. So I saw any Black dude that didn't was teased (mostly by the dustiest lookin' big black rhino bytches) but the only reason I conformed was to get p*ssy from the more attractive females,
not because I was afraid of being bullied. You ask any Black Man about how Black females conduct themselves in H.S. in any inner city school - Even today you get the same answer: A lot of them are savages. If you take this remark personally it means you were one of 'em.If your sex drive is not high and you are a nerd you won't conform or have a reason to - But that is no reason to disrespect them.
Some dudes are focused more on the books from an early age, I ended up exceeding those dudes because my social skills were better and book knowledge can only take you so far in the professional world. But the difference between you and me is that I still respect them as a fellow person/brother in the struggle and you don't. I don't know a single true to the heart stereotypical hood nikka from my H.S. making big bank (at least legally). He was good with the ladies back then but

I disagree. Seen this shyt happen in my H.S. too. Facts are facts. Young Black females (13-21) are some of the most wild uncivilized creatures you will ever encounter. The way they act on the bus, train and public transportation even. If you are fat or considered to be "unattractive" they will be loud, belligerent and aggressive, and not respect your personal space. It is aggravating and I have had to check them on more than one occasion with their behavior in public when it came to invading my own personal space and that of those around me ( when there is plenty of room on the other end of the train mind you). Remember Mr. 8-ball jacket?
Most of them will recoil when you flex because they are trained to respect thuggish behavior and strong eye contact. However, most nerds are not willing to stoop to this level because they don't consider it necessary or intelligent. But this is fundamentally how you must communicate with a beast that does not understand human language. [Disclaimer: "NOT ALL YOUNG BLACK FEMALES ARE LIKE THIS, BUT MANY ARE.]
The reason I liken them to wild jackals and hyenas is that they zero in on prey they feel is the weakest to pick on them, and if the prey objects they will turn the tables and play games saying "Ew Why are you talking to us please help us this creepy guy is harassing me". The funny thing is no one is gonna help their prey OR them. But if it was a White girl acting the same way I bet you some White Knight would step in.
I don't feel the dude feels he is better. The problem is when you are a genuinely good person people try to take advantage of you, and young black women are often the first to step up to the plate when it comes to running cons and games on dudes like him. Again, I liken them to beasts because it's almost like they can "smell" weakness which is a very primitive trait and they think heavily with emotions instead of logic. When they get in packs you have to be like a lion tamer, have strong posture, piercing eye contact and arms at the ready holding an offensive predatory stance. It is like you have to project an aura that shows that you will put every mental, physical, legal and emotional recourse into crushing them into dust in order for them to respect your existence.

Not just confined to "inner-city" schools. I don't live in an inner-city but see this all the time.
Listen, it's some weird mixture of female entitlement and black cultural norms. A lot of black girls struggle with rejecting it as a lot of black guys struggle with not being the stereotypical image of a young black male.
Honestly, black people who don't fit into a particular mode have it hard growing up.

I notice if you speak proper English and you're in a mostly black environment some people will question if you're really black besides the obvious. You look black but you don't speak or behave like you've experienced any of the struggles whatsoever.
So they put you in the "Black Nerd" box, if you don't bother to hide the fact that you like anime, video games and whatever. As @bcrusaderw just demonstrated, they're not cool with you demonstrating all these characteristics so they'll try and humiliate you for it. I went to a black dominated high school, I didn't like it because of the similar problems I had. So asked mom to get me into a better school, didn't even last a month. People got stabbed there every 8 weeks just for talking shyt.
I went to a "good" school, made friends, got onto the honour roll every year, took university level courses and succeeded.
So they put you in the "Black Nerd" box, if you don't bother to hide the fact that you like anime, video games and whatever.
