I sympthazie with them but ultimately it's p*ssy shyt
we all get down, but to stay that way and have it dictate your day to day is
wrong
Too many chances, opportunities everyday; and things could always be worse
This is the retarded shyt people got to deal with from imbeciles.
I have a history of mental health issues in my family. Depression being the lease of them but it is real. It affects your behaviour attitude, thinking down to your actions. It has a detrimental effect when not addressed and it's definitely not just some p*ssy shyt.
It's akeen to feeling dead to the world no matter how many "blessings" you have... Imagine you woke up one day and everything you loved to do didn't matter anymore and everything you ate tasted the same. Life just looses all meaning and joy. That's not just some mild shyt that passes and you have no control over that feeling. Overtime it takes away your will to live. You question why you even continue to go on etc. The more you dwell in that space the more damaging it is. My brother lived though years of depression and isolation until he became a schzitzophrenic. He doesn't drink and barely ever smoked he just was pre-disposed to it.
Stupid c*nts like you are the reason why Black people are lagging at addressing mental health. It's p*ssy shyt or cac shyt etc. Brehs are clown status with a bare minimum understanding of the world yet full of opinions on it.
Meanwhile Black men have extremely high rates of mental health problems. Yet buffoon thinks it's a bad mood you just get over

. When I'm downtown in my city I see so many Black men who are mentally ill. It probably progressed from untreated depression and such. They fall so deep they loose their bearings because they can't address these problems. Effectively because the community at large still doesn't believe these problems are real. Yet we pray to cac Jesus with no qualms.
The short version.... Depression is not a bad mood that just passes. If this is your understanding of it then please do yourself a favour and learn more before formulating an assanine opinion
