Basically. The rep system is skewed as hell. You got some "power-users" who can do damage with one neg or one pos. I don't really care either way, I just think (and I'm guilty of doing this too) it's a corrupt system because then people with lots of neg rep, sometimes unfairly, don't get taken seriously at all. If I see someone with OD amounts of red, I'm not likely gonna see them as credible as someone with lots of green.
