How you just let go and live? I can’t let the things I can’t control destroy me anymore. Help!

If u serious, has it gotten to a point where u cant function daily? Do u have heart palpitations or what is your symptoms?
I'm serious.

I can still work but I was doing very bad for two weeks. I'd just work from home or call out and sleep all day.

I'm getting a little better now.

I've been walking outside when it is warm enough and running errands to keep active.

I'm back to listening to music and posting on here. Believe it or not I didnt post much from OCt-Jan due to depression and stress.

I went to the ER for dizziness and heart palpitations in mid-December. They did blood work and ran tests and it all came back normal.

I've jsut been hype aware of it all and googling symptoms which made me spiral further but i have since stopped that and tried to start living life again.

I went thru the same shyt in 2016. Had shortness of breath, heart palpitations and felt like i was gonna die. This was on a daily basis. Some days were.worse than others. I changed my diet, started doing cardio and meditated. Eventually i kept busy to the point it all went away. Just know that when i start feeling anxious or panic attack, nothing happens. Its a natural way your body responds (fight or flight). Its all in your head.

Yeah I feel like I’m stuck in fight or flight mode.

I even went to get testing done. I was scared as hell.

Heart palpitations.
Dizziness.
I had shortness of breath for one week but that went away now.

I’m starting to feel normal now though.

No lie. Read "Inner Excellence" by Jim Murphy. I'm almost done with the audiobook. It's amazing breh. It is inspiring and practical.

We're all empty until we understand our purpose and move accordingly. Not assignment, purpose.

I know this can be a place of degradation and bad legal advice from Breh & Breh Associates, but be encouraged that there is a space where we can even gather to humiliate and destroy one another, in love of course.

But for real breh, do yourself a favor and read/listen to the book. Stay prayed up by giving up all that's in your heart to God. We're meant to feel and learn from pains, not carry them, that's for God.
