I’m not a mental health professional so I can’t diagnose you. I would suggest looking at this feelings wheel to help you focus on how you feeling. I learned a lot of this shyt a long time ago on work realese when they use to make us sit with the J’s in drug treatment when we was acting too wild

I literally have a therapist and was prescribed Effexor.

Therapy is only once a week and virtual though.
I get seasonal affective disorder. This particularly bad this year and for some reason my and has transitioned into health anxiety. It sucks.

Personally, walking downtown with no place to go with a supreme playlist bumpin or going to the National Portrait Museum for a new exhibit provides exuberance for and/ or relaxes a breh.:wow:

Walking and music help me the most but it’s 20-30 degrees outside. I’ve been trying the treadmill but it’s so boring lol

My doctor told me to relax since my recent bloodwork was fine and she said we will do bloodwork again in April so I’m just trying to calm down.

Sunlight and healthy eating definitely helps.

How to make an appointment with a nutritionist/dietitian so I can learn how to make some different meals and I want to start eating more plant-based meals.

The closer I get to 40 the healthier I want to be!!!!

I can prove all of this as well. I got screenshots lol. I never lie on here like most people do.

In that case, I apologize for doubting you. My honest recommendation in that case would be to avoid seeking mental health advice on this forum.
Even people with your best interests at heart will potentially give you terrible advice.

I just wish I was normal. I overthink everything and the anxiety enhances all the stress. It sucks.

If u serious, has it gotten to a point where u cant function daily? Do u have heart palpitations or what is your symptoms?
