Legit discussions never happen in threads like these. This is whats going to happen

- Amare plays well/Knicks winning = nobody posts in here
- Amare struggles/Knicks start losing again = this thread get upped with laughing smilies

He's playing better the last couple games, I'm happy for him. But as with the rest of the team, the judgment on everything this season comes in the playoffs. If he plays well from now till April, then we fail to get out of round 1, do you think "the haters" are going to care about him beasting on a bunch of lottery teams in February?

Besides that, the main discussions about what Amare could bring to the table were taking place in the Knicks season thread. No reason to ring the dinner bell by making a separate thread about it
