I actually have shyt to do during the day so I checking my schedule, checking the traffic if I'm driving and/or the news markets to see how fukked imma be that day.
Waking up, the way another man tells you too, is one of the least masculine things I've ever heard. The man who told me how to wake up was my daddy and that nikka stopped that bullshyt once I could deadlift more than him back in HS.

FOH I’m starting my day every morning taking a shyt and scrolling The Coli
30 days. My skin looks better, and it sets my mind for doing things that I don't want to, that I should do, and fights against my default state of being comfortable.

I start my day off at 5:30a rolling over looking at my wife still sleeping peacefully. Then I shake her ass to wake her up and ruin her sleep since I have to be at work for 7:30 and she has to go in for 10.
Wake up, make the bed
green juice
50 push ups
80% of the time, I am really on it, go run/walk at least 3/5 miles, get sun shining on you first thing
shower, dressed
Walk to get one cup of coffee
Oatmeal for breakfast, twice a week a breakfast sandwich from coffee shop
Read
after that I lose the structure, but that keeps me grounded, seeing other people's lifestyles up close, made me grateful to have that routine,
you can't just go off your feelings, because your mind will be working against you sometimes, like reach for that phone, and spend an hour before you even eat or shower, that's sick. Or don't decide what to have for breakfast until you haven't eaten for three hours. Or smoke a blunt at 10:00 AM and turn on Netflix.
A lot of that routine is just eliminating choice, to push back against being indeceisive or me trying to pick the best possible option
Note: I spend time in jail as a teenager lol

Me while I was in high school.I was really sleeping in dikkies and a wife beater, put the dikkies work shirt on in the morning. I also slept on a made bed under an unzipped ninja turtles sleeping bag or a spare blanket (whichever was clean), which i’d fold and toss in the closet in the a.m
Really thought I had life figured out. Couldn’t tell me shyt.

they do....people get hot with me about it all the time...when I come home I throw them shyts on the chargers and unless I'm using it for music I aint paying attention to shyt
