How you wanna go, or does it matter to you?
Also I think that it's not all about you either. Even if you believe there's nothing after death burials and cremations and spreading your ashes somewhere is probably more for the living, a way for them to ritualistically say goodbye.

But ya some people do burials, cremation, Tibetans and Mogolians do sky burials, where they bury you at a mountaintop and vultures eat you up, spreading ashes at the sea,
In Swedden they do something called freeze-drying, the body is frozen with liquid nitrogen, vibrated into powder, dried, and buried in a biodegradable container. Decomposes fully within a year.
The Malagasy people of Madagascar do some interesting things too Families got ancestral crypts or stone tombs near family land and after several years they take those bones and do ceremonies with them and dance with them.
There's even space burial where they send your remains into outer space, human composting etc..

How you wanna go, or even despite understanding that it's not about you well you still don't care, or you want something specific?

Cremation. Spread my ashes somewhere and call it good. Want my family to use what I left behind in terms of money and assets as best they can for themselves. I loved my Grandma more than anyone that's been on this earth. But, I've only been to her grave a handful of times. Granted if I lived closer to where she's buried, I'd be there more often. But, I don't live close and visiting her Grave is not the same as visiting her. She visits me in my dreams I get more out of that than any Graveside visit.

My spirit lives on, but my body is doesn’t. I can’t see why it would matter if I’m cremated or buried. They can do whatever they want with it.

I want to be encapsulated into the base of a mango tree on family land in Belize.

Generations will know who I am.

At the base will be our family tree starting with my father on down. Future generations can etch their names into it.

Unfortunately, I only have two daughters and we are done. Fortunately, Garifuna culture is led by women. Maybe my daughters will multiply and follow through with my wishes. If not, I’ll be dead anyway.

Cremated if it's cheap, when I'm dead I'm dead. I can't imagine putting that financial burden on my family only for maybe 2 people to see me every 10 years.
