A better question is how does he make a new Jayz album relevant to all of hiphop and not just his stanbase. Thats really what this thread is asking.

The answer is that he hasn't thought of how yet and thats why he hasn't released the album.

TLOP is one of the biggest flops we've seen and we never talk about it on here.

And the reason it flopped is because of Kanye's rollout and it being a Tidal Exclusive
