I had more weight in my late 20s, im 34 now.

+ i walk everywhere a lot, and quite fast. so my calorie burning is on point.

+ i dont watch what i eat, but i dont eat a lot.

+ im including more water into my daily nourishment.

+ i always make sure to get at least 5 hours a sleep every night

+ and im motivated by staying focused on my craft and keeping healthy.

+ i cut out tricking (it helps trust me, you begin to realise how many unhygienic people there are)

lol this aint a knuckle push by the way his using his thumbs to take most of that forearm wieght. he might as well be flat palmed, but salute him for trying to be in the knuckle gang.

this chicks got the right knuckle game and arms but shes not putting pressure on her chest and arms, shes rolling the wieght off but at least its more efficient than ol boy.

I was the same way @ OP until I hit 40

eventually I had to learn to respect the phrase “abs start in the kitchen”

lol but you know what some women dont care for abs or six packs its the young girls, women understand a man needs a big chest and arms and strong back thats it, a solid build. Im almost hitting that glorious 40 im putting extra work now because we can reak havoc on our metabolism by poor lifestyle choices.

just more water and walking will do wonders, i also do a 100+ push ups a day not always in a row but thats steady body pressure.

Doing push up that way in the first picture gone have you shoulders tightening up, probably gonna cause stress down the line

no joke maybe its because im back on the chair a lot since a couple months now i got this little back ache every now and again. i just thought like katt williams joked 'its some old age shyt' but im pretty brolic now but am i applying the wrong stance ?

i spread my arms where i can turn my head left or right and still see my elbows and then just knuckle down, balancing the wieght equally ?

+oh, i agree with you on form looking better because im 5ft8 thats on the short side so i cant get too stocky, clothes look good still on me and you know those stocky chris benoit/perry saturn looking dudes is not a good look.

It’s more about your lower back and how your shoulders/neck are, you should elevate you lower back more and make sure your head/neck is properly extended

And push thru your chest with your abs locked

I like to look @ myself in the mirror and like what I see...my personal health and how I want to look are not influenced by women...you’re 6 years a way from 40...that’s still a ways from ‘almost’...you’re definitely on the right track w/ putting in that work but @ some point you’re gonna have to respect the value of a proper diet...don’t take the word “abs” too literally...just talking about good stomach/core health in general
