No and it does not matter let me tell you way. The main difference between 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 is the pull down notifications, bug fixes related to nexus devices only and photosphere (Which the GS4 lacks due to its custom camera app). Now let Samsung fanboys brag that they have 4.2.2 but its skin takes away any improvements that 4.2.2 has. In fact the main improvements between the versions only affect nexus and other stock non skinned android phones.
So essentially the 4.1.2 is the same has 4.2.2 once you apply the skins that is sense 5.0 or Touchwiz.
Ask the samsung fanboys what feature does 4.2.2 bring to their phones?

Not really, most ppl keep them a charger handy at all times, or maybe thats just me.
I will say tho with a removable battery they make bigger longer lasting batteries that you can replace the oem battery.
