Toronto is #1 for people visiting, all my peoples cant stand it say it's too expensive and a police state. It's nice to visit a real life Sim City, but nobody wants to LIVE in a real life sim city. The top 10 cities for young people are all smaller cities with low cost of living and a vibrant art/music community.
