All unsubstantiated. His production on the field is all that matters. Any other(white) QB with his resume would still have a job, and the Packers knew this....

:umad:

Correct. So let's look at his stats:

1 season over 60% completion passing
Career numbers of 46 TDs against 51 INTs PLUS 19 fumbles
Career QB rating of 74.4, career completion percentage of 58% :scusthov:
Made the playoffs ONCE and lost

He's the Dallas Cowboys of QBs. Overhyped by fanboys yet extremely mediocre. He's a backup now & that's where he should've been all along, he can't handle the demands of being the franchise QB. That's been proven for years

Nah. It hasn't.

Those teams were extremely deficient......Word to Jeff Fisher(How does he stay employed anyhow?) And they won solely because of Vince and C.J.

If you love numbers so much, explain to me why Quinn was never out of a job and why does Ryan Fitz, Kolb, Henne keep getting starting gigs

So you're gonna COMPLETELY ignore Vince's numbers b/c you have a problem with Jeff Fisher? :what:

You said and I quote "his production on the field is all that matters". I gave you HIS production on the field and you still coppin pleas? Pathetic

Where is Ryan Fitzgerald starting or at or had multiple starting jobs at? Chad Henne's a career backup & so now is Kolb. Is Quinn still in the league?

Vince Young's career is a result of Vince Young. Maybe once he & his fans accept responsibility for that, you'll see him be more successful in the pros

I remember when I first got to Gretna and got lost near that Walmart in Terrytown. All I could think about was the stories nikkas told me about New Orleans. :to:

Just glad I had my heat in the car.

Charlotte by way of Chucktown What

Douglas, who is better known for his football skills than journalistic acumen, was attending the convention with Smith and Jamele Hill, both who are respected sports journalists. He apparently made his rather substantial presence known to those in attendance in a story first broken by bigleadsports.com

According to the source, his behavior at best was “unprofessional” as he appeared to have too much to drink on more than one occasion.

On Thursday he took the microphone of someone trying to do an on-site podcast. Friday during the day he interrupted Smith on more than one occasion as he offered advice to would-be journalists seeking his counsel.

“I’m trying to get lunch,” he apparently said to Smith.

Things only sunk to lower depths from there as at the V.I.P. party, an event where people donated as much as $750 to the Sports Task Force’s scholarship fund. The group comped Douglas the $100 ticket for the event and he offered a donation of fewer than $10.

Later in the evening House of Blues personnel had to prevent Douglas from going on stage to grab the microphone at the event. That’s when Smith stepped in to try to save his co-worker further embarrassment to no avail.

Douglas then proceeded to tell Smith: “I’ll (eff) you up,” several times according to the source.

Douglas then grabbed his arm as he tried to walk away and Smith turned looking to defend himself. No blows were exchanged and the incident ended.

P.G.
Michael Smith was one of the coolest people I worked with while I was at ESPN and is just a regular ass dude. I can't fathom him even acting like he really wanted to fight anybody, let alone a former NFL defensive lineman.

I never worked with Hugh Douglas, but I've heard for YEARS that dude is an a$$hole, so him tripping like that at a party isn't a surprise whatsoever.
