I'm actually surprised and encouraged by some of the push back I'm seeing from people over this "honoring" Hogan stuff.

As for the whole "I separate the character (Hulk) from the man (Terry Bolea)" excuse I mean... to each their own, but it couldn't be me.

For example I can't watch a Seinfeld re-run because as soon as "Kramer" comes on, all I remember is the actor (Michael Richards) screaming "He's a ******!" just because he got heckled at a comedy show.

It's a weird dynamic because many people are treating Hulk Hogan and Terry Bollea as the same person.

If you're gonna give Hulk Hogan a pass bc of what that CHARACTER did for wrestling, that has nothing to do with Terry Bollea.

Hulk Hogan character took pictures with Black talent, black fans, etc. Hulk Hogan loved the Hulkamaniacs. Terry Bollea's words don't seem to have aligned with any of what Hulk Hogan character stood for.

But in the end, the world knew him as Hulk so I guess that's why we're hearing and seeing the things we are
