if doomsday develops immunity to the blunt force trauma caused by the hulk then ultimately he would become immune to anything the hulk could cause. it would take a long time as presumably the hulk would also get stronger but eventually the hulk would stop getting stronger.

Professor Hulk is weak as shyt though and he'd need time to think of something. Doomsday would come at him fast. Keep in mind Doomsday got the drop on Superman and Supes said he was deceptively fast.
