They built up to that point had a 5 second light show and it was over. Hurcukes had a bigger budget than this shyt.

Rumor is that this and Cloak & Dagger are getting the axe after these upcoming seasons because of Marvel's Disney+ shows. Apparently Disney/Feige want all future Live-action joints on D+, it's part of the reason why Ghost Rider, New Warriors & Helstorm got dropped. Also the TV boss, Jeph Loeb is rumored to be retiring.

Helstorm hasn't been dropped yet, but the overall direction of moving all the live-action stuff over to Disney + doesn't surprise me.

I still hope Cloak & Dagger can get a Season 3 renewal, one of the better comic books shows airing.

Marvel’s Runaways will soon have opportunity to sit still and finally catch their breath, now that Season 3 of the Hulu series has been announced as its farewell run.

Having officially announced the final season, Hulu on Monday afternoon is also set to release a trailer for Season 3 (which will premiere all 10 episodes on Friday, Dec. 13). Check back very shortly for that video!

In Season 3, the Runaways will frantically search for their captured friends Chase, Gert, and Karolina. Along the way, the kids will go head to head with an unstoppable enemy who has targeted Leslie Dean — or more accurately, the child she’s carrying. Nico will draw them all into a dark realm whose ruler, the infamous Morgan le Fay (played by The Royals‘ Elizabeth Hurley), is much more nefarious than anyone the kids have yet to face. Also on tap for the farewell season is a visit from sister series Cloak & Dagger‘s Tandy and Ty.
