Humans are visual creatures (our brain allocates alot of processing to our visual systems) and we categorize EVERYTHING into schemas (complexes networks of relationships of information). We will ALWAYS discriminate and categorize by appearance.

I personally believe homogenous nations working together for humanity is better than "multicultural" nations in-fighting. That doesn't mean IR is bad, I just think a country should be overwhelmingly one race or you get racial supremacy over the minority group. If people want to live in a certain nations and they are the minority, they are better off assimilating by marrying the dominant race. It has to be a small minority, though, not 20 % 30 %40 %.
