I've been through a lot of harsh and terrible hurricanes in my life. None worse than Hurricane Hugo .

We never seem to catch a break and don't get much support in that region

it looks like all that land in its path gonna slow it down a lot before it hits USA. it already downgraded back to a tropical storm and it's still got plenty of landfalls to make.

So as of now it’s dealing with some shear, a Tropical storm right now, the waiting game now is to see what happens down the Caribbean if it hits Hispaniola or Cuba it could tear up the circulation considerably if it threads the needle and goes between the two islands, we could be dealing with something on the stronger end (and by stronger end I mean maybe a Cat 2 but no Irma type deal). Still a lot of uncertainty after the islands, it still could go towards the central gulf, eastern gulf, up Florida, or out to sea, still early to tell right now.

Not that I want anyone to get hurt, but they need to revamp the hurricane naming system, for safety. Cause how a nikka gonna be scared of of hurricane called Elsa I can’t even take that shyt serious. So I’m not gonna even pay attention, but it might be deadly and that could come back to haunt me.

So I propose, they name hurricanes more menacing names in order for people to pay attention and take them seriously. Make it hurricane Lamont and people gonna pay attention. Lamont sound like a nikka that’s coming through to do some damage. They need to change the naming system ASAP.
