For those who don't know, anything less than a direct hit from a category 4 is simply an extended rain shower, it rains in Florida everyday during the summer, this is absolutely nothing Only folks who even give a damn live in other regions or just moved here.

Them Categories don't be meaning shyt to me no more though. Seen some tropical storms get nastier than Cat 4 canes

It’s all about the positioning of the storm. If the eye of the cane or the walls aren’t on urban areas, than you might not feel the intensity as much as a tropical storm that’s right over an urban area.

And hospitals are already full; a nasty season of hurricanes coupled with COVID could create a really ugly situation

Depending on the severity of the storm, this might actually be a good thing. Forcing ppl to stay home during the pandemic and just stay way from each other. If it’s not that severe of a storm, there shouldn’t be too many injuries. The folks at the hospital for covid would be safer there anyways during a storm. So they good.
