My grandpa told me never be a landlord. Way too much stress for the amount of money you make. Had to deal with people fukking up his properties, not paying rents, evictions all that. That shyt not a hustle, just a hard ass hell job.

Mortgage application activity sunk to a quarter century low this week as high mortgage rates continue to weaken the housing market. While mortgage market activity has significantly shrunk over the last year, inflationary pressures are easing and should lead to lower mortgage rates in 2023. Homebuyers are waiting for rates to decrease more significantly, and when they do, a strong job market and a large demographic tailwind of Millennial renters will provide support to the purchase market. Moreover, if rates continue to decline, borrowers who purchased in the last year will have opportunities to refinance into lower rates.

Can be if you buy wrong or in wrong areas. I have seen both sides and everything in between. I wont knock the next mans experience but there is actually an overabundance of information now where if someone wanted to take that route they can be well informed of typical pitfalls and thrive.
Most people can't afford a mortgage. How you going to buy your kid a duplex? Honestly, I should get on this wave cause these dude give out bad advice. So much of what they say sounds good on the surface but will get you fukked up by the IRS if you get audited.

Of course it is. But LLC twitter types throw these quotes around like they said something ground breaking.
The last one is accurate too in my experience. Every millionaire i know is up at all hours doing business related stuff. I'll get texts at 12am from them asking me financial questions. Only the mom and pops types end each day 5pm
