nah nah, it's all g, i hear what you sayin. it just struck me as funny for some reason, that specific song when you working legs.. i don't even necessarily need "workout music" on leg days, them the days i just listen to speeches and science related sh!t on the ipod, no music needed.. ps, leg days are the worst.. by far.

I let you down today brah, I forgot to put this on the phone and my wrist been killing me. I couldnt even flatbench 135 without pain today. I was able to get 225 up on incline because the angle was more favorable.
