Are there any licensed and certified HVAC technicians in TX, cuz I have some questions about the legal requirements 2 get ur license and become employed. I need to know if u can be certified and licensed if u are a felon.

I don't know about Tx, but here in Ny, no, you can't be a felon. I'll assume it's the same there

Im asking these questions cuz I feel like the trade skool my husband went to misled him and I might be able to get his student loans discharged due to false certification and disqualifying status cuz for 1 he couldn't b certified or licensed without showing proof of 3-4 years of professional experience shadowing an expert.
