(Hypothetically typing), graphic hoodie question

If I wanted to get something like or printed on a t-shirt or hoodie, what is the best company that I can probably go with? I know that there are a lot of companies that do it, but what have any of you found to be the best company or service to go through in the USA (for quality)?
