Octane booster at a autoparts store, makes the gas work as a higher grade fuel, like you'd get with 93+ octane.

fukking dikkhead gas attendant put regular gas in my A6 one time and my shyt started making a weird ticking noise, drove straight to pepboys and got the octane treatment and poured it right into the gas tank in the parking lot, old mechanic dude came out like "why you putting that in the gas tank? ain't that car powerful enough?"

after that it went back to normal, I put a couple more treatments when I filled up with premium after just to make sure I was good.
