i've almost died or been seriously inured more times than i can count.
i was wild reckless with it up until my mid 30's.
cliff jumping into water, skiing off jumps, biking in the woods/city...
shyt, one time a crack head had a gun to my head because of a dumb ass roommate.

yet the kid is still here...

went out to take some water out the car and I close the car door and turn around and a van stops a few feet from hitting me, Alhamdulillah.

It's crazy how your life can be over in a split second, on a mundane day when it's the furthest thing from your mind. Don't take your life for granted.

Yup. That’s usually how death’s design works. Every minute that we are alive means that we are also another minute on our way to dying. Stop wasting time. Think about that at some point- everyone of us posting on this thread, will post for the last time. Never existing again in this life form. We just don’t know when.
